Vodacom Bulls
Babes win back the fans
After a rather disappointing start to the Vodacom Super 14, the
Vodacom Bulls played some of their best rugby of the season in
their 47-17 hammering of the Highlanders at Loftus Versfeld on
19 April. The Bulls started with a bang and within four minutes
Zane Kirchner dived over the line for the first of his side's
six tries. The Highlanders are clearly not the toughest
opposition in the Super 14, but the Bulls played some
outstanding rugby. And there to witness all the action on Cactus
Jacks big screen were the Vodacom Bulls Babes, cheering on their
team and lifting the spirits of even the dejected Sharks
supporters, who were dealt a terrible blow with a loss against
the treacherous Brumbies (and umpire) earlier in the day.
