KHS-atlete presteer
so nat-nat
Ondanks reën en nat het KHS Saterdag lekker atletiek gehou by
die Harry Oppenheimer Stadion saam met Hoërskool Jan Viljoen en
Hoërskool Riebeeckstad.
Hoewel die re ën se invloed duidelik waarneembaar is in die dag
se uitslae, was daar nogtans 'n klompie blink prestasies.
is.

Once children have learned this skills early on they will be
able to ex cute other spot related skills.
Criket is too much o a technical sport a child needs to spent
most of his/her free time practising certain skill, so by joinig
the programme we will make sure thet we instil free flow play,
fitness and coaching information.
Benefits from the program
A sport or an exercise program for yor child is so important
because of the large amont of health elated problems associated
with those who are inactive, namely obesitry , low muscle tone
and type 2 diabetes.
According to researchers, since 1994, the number of children
classified as oese under the age of 11 has increased more than 4
times: from roughly 4% to over 6% in 2005. the single largest
cause of this problem is less exercise and play activities
amongst kids.
To help your child avoid these problems join them in kid'n
cricket or any other kids sport program.
